Benefits: Rewards for Service and Talent

"A goal without a plan is just a wish," said the French writer Antoine de Saint-Exupery, and USi works hard to make sure employees have good plans in place to achieve their goals for financial security, well-being, and peace of mind.

Our compensation package is designed to attract and retain top talent. To stay competitive, we regularly benchmark our offerings against those of leading companies. Through our Rewards and Recognition Program we provide individual and team rewards, as well as appreciation for service and leadership.

Employee Referral Program

We are a people-driven organization that encourages and rewards for recommending potential employees through our employee referral network. Today, employee referrals account for 32% of our recruitment.

Benefits Eligibility

Employees and their family members are eligible for reimbursement benefits. ("Family" includes spouse, dependent unmarried children under 21 years, and dependent parents). Employees are required to provide a declaration to the company enlisting their family members/dependents.
