Stephen Mucchetti, Chief Executive Officer, USi, an AT&T Company and Vice President, AT&T Hosting and Application Services
Steve is USi's Chief Executive Officer and AT&T's Vice President of Hosting and Application Services. Steve's responsibilities include setting strategic direction and providing ongoing leadership for the executive team responsible for AT&T's Hosting and Application Services business, of which USi is a part. AT&T's hosting business is the second largest in North America. Steve joined USi as Chief Operating Officer (COO) in 2003. As COO, he was responsible for USi's global operations and service delivery, with a specific focus on enhancing and expanding industry-leading services.
Before joining USi, Steve served as Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of Scient, Inc., an Internet consulting and services company. There, he began as Chief Operating Officer, growing the company from a start-up to approximately 2,000 professionals and attaining a market capitalization of over $2 billion (at its peak).
Previously, he held multiple positions at IBM, including General Manager of Global Telecommunications & Media Solutions and COO of the IBM Consulting Group. As General Manager of Global Telecommunications, he helped grow business volume, gaining market share, and served as a member of IBM's Worldwide Management Committee, Senior Management Group and the Corporate Technology Council. In 1993, he co-led the effort to merge all IBM consulting into a single, integrated organization.
In addition, Steve held positions with Coopers & Lybrand Consulting Services, Booz, Allen & Hamilton and Western Union Telegraph Company. He resides in Ridgefield, Connecticut, and Annapolis, Maryland, with his wife, and has two sons.

Patricia Donnelly, Vice President, Human Resources and Staff Services
Patty joined USi in December 2004 as Vice President, Human Resources and Staff Services. She develops and implements strategies that firmly entrench USi as an employer of top-tier technology talent. Her team is responsible for recruiting, professional development, employee training, benefits, and all employee-related functions.
Patty brings more than 15 years of HR leadership experience to USi, with a strong background and deep understanding of the unique needs of technology businesses. She specializes in driving global HR strategies, developing employee integration and assimilation initiatives during acquisitions, and designing programs for maintaining high staff retention in dynamic environments.
Before joining USi, Patty served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Betrusted US, Inc., a global provider of security, identity, and trust solutions. Her prior experience includes more than 10 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she held several Human Resources positions and, during her last four years, was Associate Director of Human Resources―the key advisor on all Human Resources-related issues in the Washington, D.C. region.
Patty holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Maryland, College Park, and lives in Gambrills, MD, with her husband and two children.

David Miller, Chief Financial Officer
Dave was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in January 2006. As USi's most senior financial officer, he leads and manages all financial functions.
Dave joined USi in June 1998 as Director, Merger Integration, and has played important roles in virtually every element of USi's financial operations. In his current capacity, Dave is responsible for USi's financial reporting, analysis, and planning, as well as all finance-related activities. He works closely with USi's two primary business units and CORE Operations to ensure alignment with USi's overall growth and business objectives. Dave is routinely responsible for introducing the company, including its financial objectives and growth plans, to prospects, clients, financial partners, and institutions. Dave has been instrumental in USi's merger and acquisition activities, most notably USi's 2002 merger with Interpath Communications and its 2004 acquisition of Appshop, Inc.
Dave brings more than 16 years of accounting, financial, and strategic planning experience to his role as USi's CFO, including 10 years with Ernst & Young, LLP, as a senior manager within the accounting firm.
Dave holds a BA in Business Administration and Finance from James Madison University. He lives in Ellicott City, MD, with his wife and three children.

William Price, Senior Vice President and General Counsel
Bill joined USi in April 1998 as the Vice President, Secretary, and General Counsel. In May 2002 he was promoted to Senior Vice President.
Bill is responsible for USi's legal affairs, serving as primary legal counsel to USi's senior leadership and Board of Directors. He leads USi's legal and contract teams and advises the company on transactional and compliance matters. Bill has been a key contributor to USi's private and public financing and its merger and acquisition activities.
Before joining USi, Bill represented Fortune 500 clients in transactional matters and advocated their interests in the state and federal courts of New York, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.
Bill holds a BA in Economics from St. Lawrence University and a JD from Syracuse University College of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Maryland, New York, Massachusetts, and the District of Columbia. He lives in Edgewater, MD, with his wife and three children.
