MAST: Clients' Self-Service, Reporting, and Control
The Managed Application Services Tool (MAST) provides a window into USiOasis so you can check your systems at a glance. This real-time view into the operational status of your system lets you know the status of cases and change requests, view backup information and live reports, check server resource utilization, and look at application-specific monitors and reports.
You can check the historical performance of application jobs to identify trends, such as the number of jobs running at certain times and success or failure rates. You can also see when the last successful backup of each server was completed.
Overall, MAST improves your monitoring and forecasting ability and gives you an efficient way to communicate with your technical support team.
