Patch management is a front-burner issue for any IT department. Our Process

We review each new patch to determine which ones are required per application.  Patches must be strictly controlled and managed to ensure that your systems are disrupted as little as possible. That's why we require that all patches, fixes, or updates be applied and thoroughly tested in the Test Instance before they are applied to the Production Instance.  Through regression testing we are able to determine that the latest patch won't disrupt your mission-critical applications.
