Our Career Tracks
- Commercial Insurance Career Track: A challenging 18-month program designed to accelerate your career in middle market property and casualty insurance which develops participants through formal training and mentorship by industry experts.
- Employee Benefits Analyst Program: An immersive 12-month program designed to prepare you for a career in financial analysis and reporting in support of our employee benefits clients.
- Employee Benefits Account Representative: An in-depth 18-month learning program designed to prepare you for a career in account management, fulfilling employee benefit client service needs.
- Personal Risk Services Associate Program: A 14-month experiential learning program delivering associates the practical experience to help Personal Risk clients with their insurance needs.
Upon completion of the program, associates join a business group where they will be further developed through mentorship by industry experts and increasing levels of responsibility.
